  <li>Real-time display of Steps and Floors (Flights Climbed) while measuring walking workouts</li>

<h2>DAILY GOALS</h2>

<p>Earn Energy by achieving your Daily Goals. And if you successfully complete all of your daily goals, you'll receive an extra bonus of Energy!</p>

<p>You can choose three activities from the following:</p>

  <li>Activity Rings (Apple Watch required)</li>
  <li>Steps</li>
  <li>Floors (Flights Climbed)</li>
  <li>Workouts (minutes)</li>
  <li>Distance</li>
  <li>Stand (based on Steps)</li>
</ul>

<h2>500 STEPS = 1 MATERIAL</h2>

<p>For every 500 steps you take, a crafting material will appear. The app can display a maximum of 20 materials at a time.</p>

<p>So, let's keep walking and collect more materials!</p>

<h2>MISSIONS</h2>

<p>Missions are challenging activity goals with a time limit ranging from 1 hour to 24 hours. By successfully completing these missions, you'll earn Hops Friends!</p>

<h2>ABOUT ACTIVITY DATA</h2>

<p>This app integrates with Apple's Health app and reads/writes activity data from it. The Walking workout on your iPhone uses Core Motion, and the Hops app records the results in the Health app.</p>

<p>Your health data is stored only on your devices and will never be sent anywhere without your permission.</p>
